These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by LYME CLEANING LLC, doing business as Palm Window Cleaning ("Palm Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"). By contacting us, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Palm Cleaning provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and solar panel cleaning in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, Florida.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates based on information provided prior to the job. Final pricing may vary if on-site conditions differ from the initial assessment.
  • A minimum job total of $200 applies to all service appointments.
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Promotional discounts (e.g., first-time customer discount) apply to the first service only and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments are confirmed via phone, text, or email.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or unforeseen circumstances at no charge to you.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, check, Zelle, and card payments.
  • Unpaid balances may be subject to collection.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

6. Property Access and Liability

  • You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date.
  • Palm Cleaning is licensed and insured. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to windows, screens, frames, or property surfaces.
  • You are responsible for removing or securing fragile items near windows or work areas before our team arrives.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by defective window seals, pre-existing cracks, or other structural issues.

7. SMS Communications

LYME CLEANING LLC (dba Palm Window Cleaning) provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and solar panel cleaning throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. By opting in through our website form, you agree to receive SMS text messages related to your services and account. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling notifications, post-service follow-ups, estimate and payment information, and promotional offers for customers who have provided marketing consent.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (786) 510-0292. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4–6 messages per month depending on your service schedule and opt-in preferences. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from LYME CLEANING LLC (dba Palm Window Cleaning). Both consent checkboxes are optional and will not affect your ability to receive our services.

8. Age Restriction

Our SMS messaging program is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from LYME CLEANING LLC (dba Palm Window Cleaning), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a contact is under 18, we will immediately remove them from our messaging list.

9. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and branding — is owned by Palm Cleaning and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palm Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
